Yes, we do have a $375 minimum order. Not including delivery and setup fees. 

In the past 5-6 years balloon costs, like everything, have increased dramatically. The cost of helium alone has increased by 400%! Shiny balloons and special finishes are as much as 2 or 3x the cost of a plain white balloon and in organic designs a minimum of 3 sizes per color-sometimes 4 or 5-is required to get the effect everyone loves. At Boston Balloon Art you're also paying for uniquely personalized customer service and years of training and experience that guarantee an amazing result!

Strike fees are necessary when a venue needs us to take away all the balloons and the structures holding them together. They are based on distance to the location and time of day/night.

Delivery Fees are charged based on distance from the Northshore.

Honestly, we like to have a lead time of four or more weeks, but, of course, we can fulfill balloon orders in as short as one or two days when our workload allows.

YES! We can add logos, names, dates, questions, ETC - Our imagination and the size of the balloon are our only limits! We use custom fonts and colors to personalize for you.

We recommend you measure how far across you want the balloon arch opening and how tall your ceiling is, and we'll need a photo of the space it's going to be installed in an we'll figure out the rest!

You can start with our balloon color palette. If you don't see the color there, send us a sample and we'll see if it needs to be a special double-stuffed color. We can match just about anything.

You name it! We do wowable balloon designs for every event! Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, grand openings,  seminars, banquets, graduations, open houses, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, newborn parties, sweet sixteen, baby naming, wedding showers, funerals, prom, senior all night parties, welcome home party, block parties, etc.

The stability and longevity of your balloons are affected by direct sunlight, temperature, humidity, and guests touching them. For that reason we cannot guarantee how long your balloons will last outside even though we do special outdoor prep for all of our balloon designs to maintain their appearance as long as possible.
